Shipping Policy

We ship every Monday and Friday, excluding Holidays via USPS after receiving payment. After your item(s) is shipped you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. You will also receive a notification when your package has been delivered.

Holiday Shipping

Please expect a delay in shipping during the holiday season as shipping carriers busier. Unfortunately, we cannot control any shipment delays once shipping carriers have received your package(s).

Returned Package(s)

All shipping carriers will be returned to Sug’s Soles LLC if an invalid address is provided to us. So, please check and verify your address before completing your order.  You will automatically receive a refund. Initial shipping cost are non-refundable due to shipping carries no reimbursing us for returned packages.  

Cancelled Orders

All orders must be cancelled before it is prepared for shipment. An order cannot be cancelled on the order has been shipped.
